  1. Take 1 head cauliflower
  2. Take 1/3 cup soy sauce
  3. Get 1/4 cup honey
  4. Make ready 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  5. Prepare 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  6. Prepare 1 1/2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  7. Make ready 1 and ahalf teaspoons cornstarch
  8. Get 1/4 cup water
  9. Take Sesame seeds
  10. Get Green onion
  11. Take sriracha sauce
  12. Prepare slivered almonds

Toss the chopped cauliflower with coconut oil and then lay in a flat layer on a cookie sheet. Meanwhile, combine the soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, ginger paste and garlic in a large saucepan. Place over medium heat and cook until simmering, stirring often. Instructions to make Sesame Cauliflower:
  1. Coat cauliflower with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and cook on a baking sheet at 425°F for 10-15 minutes, depending on how fork tender you like it.
  2. Whisk soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and toasted sesame oil in sauce pan and bring to a simmer.
  3. Whisk together water and cornstarch and then add to the sauce pan. Continue whisking until sauce has reached desired consistency.
  4. Pull cauliflower out of the oven and place in the sauce pan to coat in sauce, adding sesame seeds.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with slivered almonds, sesame seeds, green onion, and sriracha sauce.
