  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp salt
  5. Get 1 bunch basil
  6. Get 8 oz mozzarella (if you love mozzarella, shoot for double!)
  7. Make ready 1 lb penne pasta
  8. Make ready to taste parmesan
  9. Make ready to taste crushed red pepper flakes
