The ingredients needed to make Broccoli, tomatoes pennes pasta:
  1. Make ready 1 cup broccoli
  2. Prepare 400 g penne pasta
  3. Get 2 Tbsp olive oil
  4. Prepare 1 cup tomatoes
  5. Get 1 chicken breast
  6. Get 1 knorr mixture for chicken
  7. Get to taste Salt & pepper
  8. Prepare Garlic powder
  9. Take Gouda cheese
  10. Make ready Yogurt
  11. Make ready Soya milk
  12. Take Dried oregano
  13. Take Corn starch (if needed)

Rinse with cold water to "shock" it and let it drain well. In another large pot bring water to a boil, add a generous amount of salt and cook the pasta. Remove garlic and add the tomatoes to the frying pan. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat until shimmering.

Instructions to make Broccoli, tomatoes pennes pasta:
  1. Cook the broccoli until smooth about 10 mins but no more (do not over boil as i did because then it melts and doesn't stay in pieces).
  2. In the same water used for the broccoli cook the pasta for 15 mins. Throw away rest of the water, add 2 Tbsp of olive oil and mix.
  3. In a pan add the chicken breast cut in pieces, add 1/2 cup water, knorr seasoning, salt & pepper and cook for 5 mins.
  4. Add the yogurt, soya milk, dried oregano, cheese and stir. I also added some corn starch, to make it less watery. Transfer this mixture into the pot with the pasta and mix. Enjoy!!

Turn the heat up to high and deglaze the pan with the red wine vinegar.
