The ingredients needed to make Veggie Penne Pasta Salad:
  1. Get 6 oz veggie penne pasta
  2. Make ready 1/4 cup fresh mozerella, chopped
  3. Take 1/3 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  4. Prepare 1 -14 oz can artichokes, drained and chopped
  5. Make ready 1/4 cup green bell pepper
  6. Prepare 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  7. Prepare 2 roma tomatoes, chopped
  8. Take 1/3 cup zucchini, chopped
  9. Make ready 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  10. Get 1 tsp garlic powder
  11. Get 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  12. Take 1 tsp dried basil
  13. Make ready 1/2 tsp salt & pepper

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Saute garlic with prosciutto and sun-dried tomatoes until heated through. Toss with penne, roasted vegetables and Parmesan. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water.

Instructions to make Veggie Penne Pasta Salad:
  1. Cook pasta to aldente. Drain and rinse in cold water.
  2. Add all other ingredients and coat well with the Italian dressing. You can add a little more or less to your liking.
