Instructions to make Tortiglioni:
  1. Ser your ingredients as shown
  2. Boil water in a pan just enough to swallow the pasta
  3. Add salt and then the pasta and put to boil
  4. After done, remove from pan and pass through cold water. Then heat the pan with butter and spices as shown
  5. Add the pasta and toss around for 2mins.
  6. Serve with stew or protein of your choice
