  1. Take a pan and heat it. After heating add some mustard oil and let heat the oil. The add you fish to it for frying.
  2. After frying from both the side take it out. Then add mustard oil to the pan and heat it.
  3. After heating add panch phoran, garlic and stir it for 1 min. Then add the tomatoes to it and cook until it is soften.
  4. Then add turmeric, kashmiri chilli powder, cumin seed powder, garam masala and cook it for 3-4 min. Then add green chilli to it.
  5. Now add warm water and bring it to a boil. After the water will boil add your fried fish to it and cook it for 3 min.
