  1. Take 250 gm Katla fish
  2. Get 1/2 cup Yogurt
  3. Get 1 tsp Yellow Mustard
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp Khus khus
  5. Get 2-3 pieces Green chilli
  6. Get 2 tbsp Mustard oil
  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp Kalonji
  8. Prepare to taste Salt
  9. Get 1 tsp Turmeric powder

Instructions to make Doi Katla:
  1. Marinated the fish with salt and turmeric powder and set aside.
  2. Take a mixing bowl add mustared, khus khus and green chilli and make a smooth paste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add Kalonji and green chilli and add yogurt.
  4. Then add fish and saute. Almost 4-5 min cook the fish in yogurt.
  5. When the oil is separated then add mustared paste and little bit of water and salt and turmeric powder and boiled.
  6. Serve hot with boiled rice.
