  3. Get 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  6. Make ready 1 tomato pureed
  7. Take 1 tsp cumin seed
  8. Take 1 bay leaf
  9. Prepare 1 tsp garam masala powder
  10. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  11. Prepare To taste salt and sugar
  12. Prepare As needed oil
  13. Prepare 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves

Instructions to make Katla Kalia(fish curry):
  1. Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder and fry
  2. Remove it and keep aside
  3. Add cumin seed and bay leaf
  4. Add onion paste saute well
