  7. Make ready 1 tsp chicken masala
  8. Take 1 squeeze lemon juice
  9. Make ready As per taste Salt
  10. Prepare As required Oil for frying

  12. Take 500 gms katla fish
  13. Take 2 tsp chilli garlic paste
  14. Make ready 2 tsp fish masala powder

Instructions to make Chicken and fish platter:
  1. Wash boneless chicken add chilli garlic paste red chilli powder salt chicken masala gram flour lemon juice marinate chicken and keep for marination for 45 minutes

  3. Firstly add salt and lemon juice in fish for 10 minutes later marinate with chilli garlic paste red chilli powder coriander powder turmeric powder fish masala powder and keep for 30 minutes
  4. Now shallow fry fish in a pan or kadhai. Till it gets little crispy. Remove fish in a plate
  5. Now serve both chicken and fish together sprinkle some chaat masala and enjoy chicken and fish platter.
