The ingredients needed to make Fish Momos:
  1. Prepare 300 gm Katla fish
  2. Take 2 medium sized onion (chopped)
  3. Prepare 1 chopped green chilli
  4. Take 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  5. Make ready 1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
  6. Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Take 1 tsp black pepper powder
  8. Get To taste salt
  9. Prepare 3 tsp oil
  10. Take 1.5 cup All purpose flour

Instructions to make Fish Momos:
  1. Add 1 tbsp oil and salt to flour. Mix and make soft dough adding water. Keep aside. Boil fish for 2 minutes. Stain and make boneless. Add onion, green chilli,red chilli powder, black pepper powder,salt,1 tbsp oil, vinegar to smash fish. Mix well. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Take small portion of the dough. Roll on as small chapati. Stuff with small amount of fish mixture. Make momos.
  3. Add 1.5 tsp oil to normal sized flat non stick pan. Sprinkle little bit salt. add 8 momos at a time. Close with lid for 1 minute in high flame. Add 2.5 tbsp water to hot pan.Close with lid for 2 minutes. Water will evaporate and Momos will be ready. Repeat the process. Serve with sauce.
