  6. Make ready 1 tbsp garlic
  7. Make ready Stock
  8. Prepare 100 ml any stock of your choice
  9. Get cornstarch mixture
  10. Prepare 1 tsp cornstarch
  11. Get 4 tbsp water

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil then season it with salt then quick blanch spinach for few minutes ,drain and plate it
  2. With a little oil pan fry the dice garlic then add in stock and bring it to a boil then add in the cornstarch mixture and stir in gently and then bring it to a low simmer
  3. Beat the eggs and then add eggs and (wolfberry ) onto the stock and stir gently 2 circle only and off the heat immediately
  4. once the eggs are all set ,pour the eggdrop gravy onto the cooked spinach andcserve immediately
