  3. Get 20 grams Carrot
  4. Prepare 1 Green onion or scallion
  5. Make ready 1 Egg
  6. Make ready 15 grams Chirimen jako
  7. Make ready 1/3 tbsp Soy sauce
  8. Prepare 1 dash Salt and pepper
  9. Take 1 Sesame oil

Steps to make Okara Fried Rice:
  1. Put the okara in the frying pan and cook it until crumbly (but don't grease the pan).
  2. Mince the carrot and finely chop the scallion.
  3. Combine the rice and beaten egg in a bowl.
  4. Heat some sesame oil in a frying pan. Add Step 2 and the chirimen jako and lightly cook. Then add Steps 1 and 3. Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
