  3. Make ready 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  4. Take 3 egg yolks
  5. Get 500 grams all-purpose flour
  6. Prepare Filling
  7. Take 300 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
  8. Get 400 ml water
  9. Prepare 8 egg yolks (mix well)
  10. Take 30 grams custard flour
  11. Make ready 2 tsp vanilla milk powder

Instructions to make Egg Tart (Pie Susu):
  1. Mix butter and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl
  2. Then add the flour, mix. It will be crumbly, dense it.
  3. For the filling, mix condensed milk and water in a glass
  4. Beat well the eggs in a mixing bowl. Pour the milk mix in a bowl.
  5. Add custard flour and vanilla milk powder. Mix well. Then filter the filling.
  6. Spread margarine/butter in the pie mold thinly
  7. Take some of pie crust, dense it in a (Small) Pie mold. Pour the filling
  8. Bake at low heat for about 30-45 minutes
