Steps to make Muscat Tart:
  1. Grape farm in Saitama I visited.
  2. Mix all tart cookies ingredients in food processor. You don’t need to wash food processor every steps.
  3. Spread dough with rolling pin and put it in tart mold.
  4. Mix ②almond cream ingredients in food processor. Put it on tart dough.
  5. Make ③almond cream and put it on
  6. Bake in 180℃ preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  7. Put ④cream ingredients in pan and cook stirring at low flame until thickened.
  8. Cool tart and cream. Spread cream on top and decorate with muscat.
