  1. Get 5-6 small size Bitter gourd
  2. Make ready 6-7 garlic cloves
  3. Make ready 1 medium size onion
  4. Take 2 green chillies
  5. Make ready 1/2 tablespoon mustard
  6. Get 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  7. Get 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  8. Take 2 tablespoons mustard oil
  9. Take to taste Salt

Steps to make Gota kalara Bhaja:
  1. Take garlic,onion,green chilli,cumin seeds,mustard seeds in a blender jar add required amount of water and make a fine paste. Then add turmeric powder and salt into the paste.
  2. Wash the bitter gourd,make a cut on the middle. Marinate with salt and keep them for 20 minutes.
  3. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan,add prepared mustard paste and fry for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Take out from pan and let it cool completely
  4. Stuffed the prepared mustard masala into the bitter gourd.
  5. Heat oil in a pan,then put the stuffed bitter gourds. Cover and fry for minutes on a low to medium flame. Then flip them and fry for 5 to 10 minutes more on low to medium flame. Serve as a side dish.
