  3. Get 5 Shiso leaves
  4. Get 2 to 3 thin slices Ginger
  5. Take 3 to 4 Walnuts, almonds or other nuts (omit if you don't have any)
  6. Make ready 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  7. Get 1/2 tsp Curry powder
  8. Take 1/2 tsp Honey
  9. Make ready 2 tsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
  10. Make ready 1 tsp Olive oil
  11. Make ready 1 for garnish, (to taste) Tomato (omit if you don't have any)

Instructions to make Chilled Tofu with Spicy Toppings:
  1. Finely julienne the myoga ginger, shiso leaves, and ginger. Roast the nuts and chop finely.
  2. Mix the seasoning ingredients in listed order: the cumin powder, curry powder, honey, mentsuyu and olive oil - the oil goes in last!
  3. Mix Step 1 and 2 together.
  4. Put the tofu on a serving plate, garnish with tomatoes if you like, top with the mixture from Step 3, and it's done.
