Instructions to make Vegetarian Curried Samp:
  1. Wash the samp and let it boil with enough water for 1 hr. Wash the sugarbeans and add to the samp. Let it cook till soft and keep aside.
  2. In a separate pot add the oil and fry the chopped onion,green pepper,tsp jeera seeds, cinnamon stick and bay leaf till onion is done. Add the masala, kashmir masala, grated tomatoes and cook  for 10 mins. Add samp and beans with the water it was boiled in,salt and stir.Add the tomato paste to thicken gravy and put on low heat to cook through for 20 mins.Serve with curried chillies and worcestershire sauce or on it's own.
