  1. Rinse and pre soak the samp overnight so that you will cook it today like I did.
  2. Today I then drain the soaking water the add the fresh water and cook every 30 minutes I check that it's soft and the water still there to soften so that the samp does not get burned.
  3. Now it's soft I add my margarine then add the Aromat and make the mixture of cream of mushroom to the water and pour and now simmer the samp and the samp is now creamy with a sprinkle of parsley
  4. Your delicious samp is ready and will be serve with beef stew.
