The ingredients needed to make Traditional samp &beans:
  1. Get 1 kg samp
  2. Prepare 500 g beans
  3. Prepare 2 carrots, peeled
  4. Get 125 g holsum
  5. Make ready 2 sachets benny spice
  6. Get 3 litres or more water

Steps to make Traditional samp &beans:
  1. Pour your samp and bean into a pot and wash
  2. Pour clean water and put on the stove
  3. While waiting for your samp chop your carrots
  4. Add 1 sachet Benny spice and mix then leave until soft
  5. When samp and beans are soft add carrot and another sachet Benny spice
  6. Leave for approximately 30 mins or less
  7. Add your holsum and close pot
  8. After few mins mix and leave us for few mins
