  2. Take 1 lb of bacon, diced, cooked and drained
  3. Make ready 1 small red or yellow onion
  4. Make ready 6 clove of garlic, crushed
  5. Prepare 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  6. Get 2 cup of Alfredo cream sauce
  7. Take 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese (to sprinkle on top)
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese (to sprinkle on top)
  9. Prepare Filling
  10. Get 1 cup ricotta cheese
  11. Prepare 1/2 cup of sour cream
  12. Get 6 oz of cream cheese
  13. Get 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
  14. Take 1 tbsp of garlic powder
  15. Make ready 2 tsp of onion powder

Transfer the lasagna roll to the bottom of the bacon weave, and repeat the saran wrap rolling process until the bacon has tightly and completely wrapped It makes it easier to roll. Steps to make Chicken and bacon lasagna roll ups:
  1. preheat oven to 350°
  2. Add 8 pieces of lasagna pasta to large pot of boiling water.
  3. Cook pasta 2 minutes less than the directions on package (they will finish in oven)
  4. Drain pasta then rinse in cold water to keep from sticking. blot dry with paper towel.
  5. Shred chicken then set aside
  6. Cut and fry bacon
  7. Add diced onions and garlic to bacon 3 minutes prior to baking
  8. Drain bacon mixture, place on plate over paper towel to catch excess fat
  9. In medium bowl mix together the ricotta cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, parmesan cheese and seasonings
  10. Divide and spread evenly onto cooked pasta
  11. Add shredded chicken onto each pasta
  12. Sprinkle bacon over chicken (save some for the top)
  13. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of bacon and chicken
  14. Spread 1/2 cup of Alfredo cram sauce onto bottom of baking dish
  15. Roll pasta and place seam side down onto Alfredo sauce
  16. Cover roll ups with rest of Alfredo sauce
  17. Top with pieces of bacon
  18. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese over top
  19. bake in preheated oven at 350° for 25 to 35 min.
  20. Let cool for 5 to 10 min.
