The ingredients needed to make Horsegram kanji (kollu/Kulthi):
  1. Make ready 2 teaspoon horse gram
  2. Get 1 teaspoon poha
  3. Make ready Handful badam/ almond and walnuts
  4. Make ready as per taste Salt
  5. Get 2 teaspoon curds with half glass water for buttermilk
  6. Get 1 pinch Hing /asafoetida

Instructions to make Horsegram kanji (kollu/Kulthi):
  1. Keep all ingredients ready on plate then first dry roast horse gram till it starts popping.
  2. Second dry roast poha third dry roast badam.
  3. When roasted will look like in the pic. Put it in mixy with salt and and make it a powder.
  4. Add oil curry leave hing then add the powder roast it a bit to it add water and mix without lumps then cook for 5 mins.
  5. Cool then mix buttermilk and serve.
