Instructions to make Protein rich Idli Powder / Gun Powder:
  1. Heat a pan and dry roast sesame seeds and flax seeds separately till they splutter and transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add two tea spoons of oil and roast the dals and horse gram separately till they become well roasted and transfer to the bowl.
  3. Add the remaining oil and fry the red chillies for 30 seconds and switch off the stove,
  4. Once the roasted stuff gets cooled down add salt and asafoetida powder and put them in a blender and grind to coarse powder.
