  2. Get 1 can boiled green beans
  3. Make ready 1/2 white onion
  4. Prepare 1 red pepper
  5. Get 1 tomatoe
  6. Get 1 carrot
  7. Take 2 clove garlic
  8. Take 200 ml passata or mashed tomatoes
  9. Get 1/4 tsp salt or more depending on each one's preferences
  10. Prepare 1/4 tsp black pepper (white pepper can also be used)
  11. Get 1 tsp curry powder or spices for chicken
  12. Make ready 1/2 cup oil

Instructions to make Huntsman stew:
  1. Wash the chicken breast and chop it into cubes
  2. Chop the onion and the garlic
  3. Chop the carrot, the tomatoe and the pepper not too small pieces
  4. In a frying pan add the oil and the chicken chops
  5. Add the garlic and onion
  6. Add the curry powder or the chicken spices, stir and let fry for 3 to 5 minutes untill meat changes color
  7. Add the tomatoe chops and stir
  8. Add the passata and stir
  9. Add the carrot and pepper slices
  10. Stir well, add salt and pepper
  11. Cover it and let it boil untill the chicken and vegetables are tender
  12. Add the green beans, stir easily avoiding to smash them, let it cook for 5 more minutes uncovered
  13. Chop the parsley and sprinkle all over
  14. Serve hot with bread
