Instructions to make Ladyfingers/Savoiardi Biscuits:
  1. Beat egg yolks with 3 tbsp sugar,1 tsp lemon juice,salt, vanilla extract until thick, light yellow
  2. Beat egg whites with 1 teaspoon lemon juice until stiff peaks form
  3. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff peaks are formed
  4. Gradually add egg whites mixture to egg yolks mixture. cut and fold until well combined
  5. Sieve flour to egg mixture
  6. Fold in until smooth and well combined
  7. Add batter to piping bag with 1/2 inch nozzle. pipe 10 cm long lines on prepared baking tray
  8. Dust with powdered sugar and rest on counter for 5 minutes
  9. Again dust with powdered sugar and immediately bake
  10. Bake for 9-13 minutes until lightly golden brown in preheated oven at 180
  11. Release biscuits from parchment paper while it's still warm
  12. Serve immediately or store in airtight container upto 2 weeks
