  1. Make ready 1 box of oven ready lasagna noodles
  2. Prepare 750 gm mozarella shredded( 1 and a half 500 gm cheese packs)
  3. Get 1 500 ml 35% whipping cream
  4. Make ready 1 egg
  5. Get 1 (SAUCE)
  6. Prepare 1 lb ground beef
  7. Make ready 1 lb ground pork
  8. Prepare 1 onion chopped
  9. Take 1/2 red pepper chopped
  10. Get 1 can sliced mushrooms
  11. Take 1 tbsp dried parsley
  12. Get 2 tbsp olive oil
  13. Make ready 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
  14. Get 1 5.5 fluid ounce can tomato paste
  15. Take 1 28 ounce can ground tomato
  16. Get 1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
  17. Make ready 1/2 tsp sugar
  18. Get 1 tsp salt
  19. Make ready 1 tsp black pepper
  20. Prepare 3 tbsp parmesan cheese
  21. Make ready 4 clove garlic

Steps to make Lasagna:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°
  2. In a saucer pan add oil and onions + peppers + mushrooms + garlic and fry for few minutes
  3. Add in the meat and continue to cook till browned
  4. Once browned add in the tomato paste tomato sauce and ground tomatoes and mix together
  5. Add the parsley italian seasons sugar salt pepper and parmesan cheese and mix together and cook for 5 minutes and set aside
  6. In a bowl beat the egg and add the whipping cream sprinkling parmesan cheese in the mix about a teaspoon and set aside
  7. In your lasagna pan add some sauce mixture to the bottom then lay the oven ready noodles on top
  8. Add meat mixture on top of the noodles and sprinkle with mozarella cheese
  9. Add a next layer of noodles then meat then pour the cream mix on top then sprinkle more cheese
  10. Add more noodles on top of the cream mix and add meat mixture on top sprinkling again with cheese
  11. Add one more layer of noodle and add meat mixture on top and put in the oven
  12. When 45 minutes is up take it out sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and continue cooking for 15 more minutes ..remove ..let it cool down about 10 min and serve !
