  3. Make ready 1/2 cup Powered sugar
  4. Get 1/2 spoon cardamom powder
  5. Prepare 1 spoon ghee
  6. Prepare Modak Mould

Steps to make Kesar Mawa Modak:
  1. Heat ghee in the pan. add Mawa [khowa] and dry fruits in it.
  2. Add kesar and elayachi in it. Here i used a instant syrup of kesar and elayachi.. Mix well
  3. Let it be completely cool
  4. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Add coconut powder if you like. I added some coconut powder in it… it gives a different flavor. Let the mixture settle for some time..
  5. Grease the mould with Ghee.. and make the modaks…
