  9. Prepare 1 tsp turmeric

  13. Make ready 3-4 tbsp Oil

Instructions to make Aloo Lauki or methi ki sabzi👌🏻:
  1. Heat oil in a wok and add chopped onion and fry it when it comes golden add chopped garlic and sauté.
  2. Cut potatoes and Lauki in small cubes and clean methi leaves and soak in water.
  3. When garlic done add tomatoes and and all spices in it and bhonify
  4. When oil comes up add methi leaves and bhonify after few min add potatoes and Lauki and mix well add little water and cook till veg done.
  5. Dish out and garnish with chopped coriander and serve with garam garam naan or roti.
