  1. Make ready 1 kg bottle gourd (louki)
  2. Take 1 litre full fat milk
  3. Get 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
  4. Make ready To taste sugar

  6. Take 4 tsp Finely chopped cashew nuts
  7. Take As needed Silver foil for garnish

Instructions to make Lauki ki burfi:
  1. Bottle gourd peel properly. And grated by grated
  2. Take a heavy bottom pan and 1 litre full fat milk and reduce the milk becoming half and thick then add green cardamom powder
  3. Grated bottle gourd drain extra water and add in thick milk and reduce and cook in the milk become dry.
  4. Now add sugar & fry fruits.mix & cook properly. & Dry all water. Green food colour is optional.
  5. By a cookie cutter mold set burfi & Garnish by some dry fruits & silver foil.
