  2. Make ready 1 chopped onion
  3. Get 4 tsp gram flour
  4. Make ready 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  5. Make ready 1/2 tsp chaat masala powder
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  7. Make ready 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Get 1/2 small bowl chopped corrainder leaves

Steps to make Lauki/Bottle gourd chana daal leftover sabzi cutlets:
  1. First grind the leftover bottle gourd/louki sabzi in a mixer jar for few minutes don't make fine paste, texture should be rough.
  2. Take big bowl add grinded sabzi in it add gram flour,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,chaat masala powder,garam masala powder & salt mix well.
  3. Add chopped onion & chopped corrainder leaves mix well to form a dough.
  4. Heat the non stick pan apply some oil in it for shallow fry in low flame.
  5. Apply some oil in our both the hands take small portion of dough & give shape as tikki & coat in bread crumbs softly & keep aside.
  6. Make all the tikki with the dough & coated with bread crumbs then shallow fry in heated pan till golden brown colour.
  7. It's perfectly healthy crispy tikki/cutlets for leftover louki chana daal sabzi.
  8. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
