  1. preheat oven to °350
  2. bone & skin chicken
  3. cut slit down the side of chicken to make a pouch
  4. fill pouch with prepared stuffing
  5. place chicken in a baking pan
  6. bake at °350 for 35-45 minutes
  7. combine sauce ingredients in a sauce pan
  8. simmer sauce on low for 15-20
  9. remove chicken from oven and serve
  10. spoon sauce over chicken before serving
