The ingredients needed to make Beetroot and Spinach Spaghetti Pasta:
  1. Get 100 grams Spagatti pasta
  2. Prepare 1 Beetroot
  3. Take 1 cup Spinach leaves
  4. Prepare 1/2 inch Ginger
  5. Get 4 Garlic pods
  6. Prepare 1 tsp All purpose flour
  7. Take 1 tsp Salt
  8. Get 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  9. Make ready 1 tsp Red chilli fakes
  10. Make ready 1 tsp Clarified butter / butter

Instructions to make Beetroot and Spinach Spaghetti Pasta:
  1. Keep all the ingredients ready. Chop beetroot and spinach. Grind separately in mixer with little water to paste it. Make ginger garlic paste separately.
  2. Cook spaghetti in water till they become soft and drain the water with help of strainer. Keep all processed ingredients ready.
  3. Heat the clarified butter in a pan add all-purpose flour. Turn well and add milk, when milk starts becoming thick add red chilli flakes, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, salt -mix well.
  4. Now keep half gravy separately, add spinach puree and cook for two minutes and add half of the cooked spaghettis -mix pasta well. Now spinach spaghetti pasta is ready.
  5. Now take leftover pasta gravy, add beetroot puree and cook for two minutes. Add another half of cooked spaghettis -mix well. Now beetroot spaghetti pasta is ready.
  6. Transfer both pastas to a plate and serve hot.
