The ingredients needed to make Sausage, Cheese and Jalapeño Quiche:
  1. Take 3 cups defrosted tater tors
  2. Get 2 tablespoons melted butter
  3. Make ready 1 tablespoon sliced green onionl
  4. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon each granulayed garlic and pepper
  5. Prepare 2 tablespoons fresh grated romano cheese
  6. Make ready For Filling
  7. Prepare 2 ilaliam sausage
  8. Take 1 onion, very thin sliced
  9. Make ready 2 jalapeno pepes, halved and thin sliced
  10. Make ready 2 garlic cloves, minced
  11. Prepare 1 tablespoon butter
  12. Prepare 1 1/2 :cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  13. Get 2 tablespoons fresh grated romano cheese
  14. Take 5 large eggs
  15. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
  16. Get 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
  17. Get to taste salt and pepper

In a bowl, mix the sausage, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Even better, crustless sausage and cheese quiche can be made as a freezer meal! Steps to make Sausage, Cheese and Jalapeño Quiche:
  1. Make Crust. Preheat the oven to 400, spray a 9 inch CAKE pan (a pie pan will be to shallow to hold this quiche) with non stick spray
  2. In a bowl combine Tater tots, butter, green onion, garlic, romano cheese and pepper, mix together
  3. Pile into prepared pan and press to form a crust. Bake until golden about 20 minutes. Cool before filling
  4. Make Filling
  5. Heat butter in a small skillet and cook sausage until fully cooked, remove to cool then cut in half length wise and slice.
  6. In skillet sausage was cooked add onion, jalapeno and garlic, seasoned with salt and pepper and cook until soft, cool
  7. Add sausage and vegetables to cooled crust. Top with cheeses
  8. In a bowl whisk together eggs, cream, cajun deasoning, salt and pepper
  9. Pour over filling in crust. Bake on a foil lined baking sheet about 50 minutes 7ntil set. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting
