  4. Make ready 1 Red chili pepper (cut into thin round slices)
  5. Take 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  6. Make ready 1 tsp ★ Sugar
  7. Get 1 tbsp ★ Mirin
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp ★ Sake
  9. Get 1 1/2 tbsp ★ Soy sauce
  10. Make ready 1 tsp Dashi stock granules
