Instructions to make Spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino with a twist:
  1. Bring pot of salted water to the boil and cook pasta according to instructions. Remove flesh from the Langostine tails keep four whole for decoration. Cook garlic and chill in a good amount of olive oil
  2. After a couple of minutes, add the whole Langostines. Continue cooking for another min or two on medium high heat. Then add the tails and a Glug of white wine. Let it evaporate
  3. Remove whole Langostines and set a side. Remove garlic. Drain pasta al dente. Then add pasta to sauce and cook on medium for 1 min. Serve with fresh parsley, a drizzle of olive oil and the Langostine on top 😍
