  4. Get 3 tbsp Olive oil
  5. Prepare 2 clove Garlic (crushed, skin removed)
  6. Get 2 Red chiles (seeds removed)
  7. Prepare 1 dash Parsley (fresh or dried OK)
  8. Get 1 dash Salt

Steps to make Spaghetti Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino:
  1. Start by cooking the pasta! At the same time, heat olive oil in a pan, then cook the garlic at low heat until fragrant.
  2. Add the maitake mushrooms to the pasta pan 4 minutes before it finishes cooking.
  3. Add bacon and red chili to the pan.
  4. Once the pasta has cooked, add about 50 ml of pasta water to the pan and drain the pasta. Add the parsley and salt to the pan.
