  10. Make ready 1 kg chicken breasts
  11. Take 1/2 kg potato
  12. Take 1 dash basil
  13. Get 1 dash thyme
  14. Prepare 1/4 kg mozzerella cheese
  15. Prepare 1 bunch spring oinion
  16. Make ready 1 oregano

Instructions to make Baked Potato & Chicken with Basil, Thyme & Cheese:
  1. Cube chicken and potato
  2. Mix all items except cheese and spring onion in large bowl as sauce
  3. Add chicken and potato to mix and let it marinate for 15 mins
  4. Pour mixture into baking dish and bake till golden brown (15mins)
  5. Slice spring onion into small pieces and spread on top
  6. Grate mozzerella cheese and spread on top
  7. Continue baking for another 10 mins till cheese melts
  8. Add oregano as needed for taste
