Instructions to make Black pepper beef steak:
  1. Hammer beef pieces to thin them but do t break.
  2. Merinate with salt, black pepper, mustard paste, Worcestershire sauce, meat tendelizer, garlic and oil. Keep covered overnight or at least 4_5 hours
  3. Heat a grill pan with little oil and put these steaks
  4. Than low the flame and add hp sauceandcook till meat is tender and cooked well, if you like medium cooked than check it.
  5. Cook on high heat on both sides for few mins
  6. While beef is cooking boil potatoes and mash them with salt and pepper add butter make a smooth paste add cream and parsley and garlic powder.
  7. Boil all vegetables add salt and black pepper
  8. In the same pan used for Steak add onions and butter and caramelise them and take out
  9. Make sauce in a pan add 2 tbsp butter heat a little and 2 tbsp flour saute it till flour changes colour add some crushed garlic, salt and pepper, add 1tsp hp or steak sauce cook add stock 1/2cup cook and add cream. Mix and take out your yummiest sauce is ready
  10. Take a platter and put steak and pour sauce and caramelised onions put veggies and mashed potatoes.
