  1. Get 500 gm beef meat (cut into 1"pieces)
  2. Make ready Salt
  3. Prepare 1 & 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  4. Get 1/2 tsp thyme
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp parsley
  6. Get 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  7. Take 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp HP sauce
  9. Make ready 1 tsp vinegar
  10. Get 6 tbsp melted butter
  11. Get 3 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp meat tenderizer
  13. Take Foil sheet for wrapping (cut foil into square shape)

Steps to make Buttery Garlic Foil Pack:
  1. Cut beef into 1" pieces. Mix butter, salt, B.pepper powder, thymes, parsley, vinegar, tenderizer, garlic, Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Mix all these ingredients into meat.
  2. Cut foil into square pieces. Fill meat pieces into foil and wrap it( just like envelope.
  3. Take big size pot, fill it half with water. Put any flat thing which is above than water level. Put foil pack into it and cover with air tight lid. Do steam for approx 1&1/2 hrs with medium flame.
  4. After 1 hr check the pack, if meat become tender then close the stove. Otherwise close the lid again and do steam for half an hour. Take out pack from the pot. Open the packet and mix all packet meat in a bowl.
  5. Now take a fry pan, add steam meat, HP sauce and BBQ sauce. Fry it for giving them a grill effect.
  6. Now dish out it and sprinkle thymes, parsley. Serve it hot with any sauce.
