  1. Make ready 2 cup lassi/buttermilk
  2. Make ready 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  3. Get 5 green chilies
  4. Take 1.5 tsp toor dal
  5. Take 1 tsp cumin seeds
  6. Get 1 tsp raw rice
  7. Get 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
  8. Get 10 curry leaves
  9. Make ready To taste Salt
  10. Get 3 tsp Oil
  11. Prepare 2 tsp shredded coconut
  12. Prepare 1 inch ginger
  13. Get 1 Onion

Steps to make Mor kulambu buttermilk curry:
  1. Shred or grind 2 small piece coconut. then soak toor dal, ginger, rice, green chillies and cumin seeds in water for half an hour.
  2. Grind the soaked mix along with coconut and add it into curd.then add turmeric powder,hing and salt in curd then mix it well.
  3. Finely chop the onions and ginger. Heat oil in a Kadai.
  4. Once the oil is hot add ginger and then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds into it.
  5. Add the green chilies in it then add onions and saute it till it turns translucent in colour and then add curry leaves in it.
  6. Add the buttermilk mix in it and then once it starts to boil then simmer until thickened and then switch off the stove and garnish with coriander leaves.
