  1. Take a bowl put a curd add some water to mix well for two mins getting buttermilk without lumps then add the turmeric powder with salt.
  2. Then take a mixie jar put a grated coconut, cumin seeds, green chilli, shallots, Ginger add some water grind it well.
  3. Then that mixing agent to be add with the Buttermilk mix it well.take a pan put an oil,cumin seeds, curry leaves,dry chilli till fry it then add the buttermilk mixing into the pan with medium flame till wait for getting one boiling then switch off the flame.it's ready to serve it.
