  7. Make ready 2 Green chillies
  8. Take 2 tsp Kulambu powder
  9. Make ready 1 tsp Chill powder
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  11. Take 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  12. Get 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
  13. Get For tempering cinnamon fennel kalpasi

Instructions to make Chettinad mint masala chicken:
  1. Chop onions and tomatoes. Grind shallots giner and garlic
  2. Temper cinnamon kalpasi and fennel in gingelly oil. Then add onions, curry leaves and chillies. Saute until translucent.
  3. Add tomato and little sale and cook until tomato is mushy.
  4. Then add chicken and saute for a minute
  5. Add the shallots paste and salt. Cook until raw smell of onion goes.
  6. Then add all the masala powders
  7. Cook until oil separates
  8. Add little water and cook until chicken is cooked completely and the masala gets thick.
  9. Add mint and cook for two minutes
