  1. MAKE STRAWBERRYS

Bake about 20 minutes until light golden brown. Cool on a rack 15 minutes then lift out carefully using the parchment, cake can break if your not careful. Finish cooling and cut into sqares
  7. MAKE WHIPPED CREAM
  8. In a large chilled bowl beat heavy cream until soft peaks form, add sugar and vanilla and beat until stiff, keep cold.
  9. MAKE STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKES
  10. Place a cake square on a plate, add strawberrrys and some juice on each portion. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings and decorated sliced strawberry slices. To decorate strawberry slices. Put glitter sprinkles or any you like on a plate press thick slices of strawberrys in sprinkle on both sides to adhere.
