  16. Take 1 tsp black pepper
  17. Prepare 1/2 tsp any dried herb per choice (oregano)
  18. Get 1/2 tsp crushed red chillies
  19. Take Salt as per taste (1/2 tsp)
  20. Take Chilled Water as per required
  21. Get Bread crumbs as per need
  22. Make ready Loose all purpose flour as per need
  23. Get Oil for frying
  24. Take For mustard dynamite sauce
  25. Take 5 tbs mayonnaise
  26. Prepare 2 tbs garlic Chilli sauce
  27. Prepare 1 tbs tomato ketchup
  28. Prepare 1/4 tsp black pepper
  29. Get 1 tsp paprika powder
  30. Get 1/4 mustard powder
  31. Make ready Pinch yellow colour
  32. Make ready 8 Fresh German or long bell pepper chillies

Steps to make Peri bites with twist and mustard dynamite sauce:
  1. First of all wash minced chicken and strain water completely…..
  2. Now diced the onion and in frying pan….pour oil heat on low flame…add in onion and all spices mentioned above…. Fry for 1 minute then turn off the heat
  3. Now chopped the garlic and parsley.
  4. Now mix all ingredients into minced chicken….
  5. Wash chillies and make slits from one side and deseed it…
  6. Now fill all the Chillies with minced chicken mixture….as shown in pics
  7. Now make thick baiter by mixing corn flour, all purpose flour, gram flour and spices + cold water….
  8. Take loose all purpose flour in a plate….and bread crumbs in another plate and baiter…now first roll chillies in all purpose flour then in baiter and finally coat in bread crumbs… In all steps don't touch chillies…. Use it's stem for flipping…. Or rolling… And use spoon to pour baiter on chillies….as shown in pics
  9. Now heat oil in a wok or frying pan on low to medium flame..oil should not be too hot…. Then fry chillies and don't touch until fry from one side turn Chillies after 7 to 8 minutes and fry for more 10 minutes until cook from inside perfectly… Yay these are ready to serve with sauce
  10. Mix all ingredients mentioned for sauce….U can adjust your ingredients as per your requirement… Here's yummmmmmmmm delicious peri bites to enjoy with sauce
