  4. Take Smoked fish- a big size
  5. Get 4 heads Spring onion-
  6. Prepare cubes Knorr chicken -2
  7. Make ready Original red oil- a cooking spoon
  8. Make ready G. Oil-3 cooking spoons

  10. Make ready Ginger

Steps to make Beans With a Twist. #Abujamegacookout:
  1. Pick and wash the beans in hot water to remove diets and harmful preservatives.
  2. Pour clean water in a pot and pour in the washed beans and bring to a boil.
  3. When its properly boiled, pour in a colander and return to the pot, with clean water, set it on the burner and reduce the heat to low.
  4. Add onion and salt,and a bit of blended ginger, cover and allow to done. After 30-40mins check softness.
  5. Wash and Slice your tomatoes, onions, pepper and spring onion, set them aside
  6. Pot a clean pot on fire and allow to dry, pour your groundnut oil into the pot, pour in the onion and allow to be translucent, then pour in your tomatoes and fry till done and well fried. Add ingredients like knorr cube, crayfish, curry and abit of salt
  7. Then pour in your beans(note at this point, there will still be little water left in the beans to finish up the cooking, also remove the fish before pouring so you don't end up breaking them)
  8. Stir evenly and allow the tomato stew to incorporate into the beans.
  9. Check for salt, stir and pour in your spring onion, stir and add your fish. Bring the pot down and your yummy yummy pot of beans(no be kasala type ooo🤓) is ready. Serve with either Plantain, garri or eat it alone, I bet you its so so yummy and irresistible 😋
