  4. Get 4 green bell peppers, sliced
  5. Get 2 kg beef steaks, cut into strips (sirloin or your favourite cut)
  6. Get 1 1/2 liter Mexican sauce
  7. Take 900 grams Cheddar cheese, grated
  8. Get 8 tsp bbq spice
  9. Get 1 Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions to make Beef Enchiladas:
  1. Preheat oven to 220°C
  2. Brown onions and green peppers in a little bit of olive oil, then put aside
  3. Season steak strips with bbq spice, salt and pepper
  4. Fry steak strips in olive oil until cooked medium, then set aside
  5. Open tortillas

  7. Followed with equal amounts of onions and green peppers in each tortilla, using all the onions and green peppers
  8. Do the same with the steak strips

  11. Cover them with the remainder of the Mexican sauce followed by the remaining cheese
