  2. Take 50 g safed vatana boiled
  3. Take 1 large chopped onion
  4. Prepare 2-3 chopped tomatoes or paste

  1. In a pan add oil add onions and saute with little salt.
  2. Add haldi and red paste and stirr continuously add all masalas and little chopped coriander and stirr. Cover for 2 mins.
  3. Later Add chopped tomatoes or paste of it and let it cook. Cover. When all masala mix well then
  4. Serve with pav farsan and chopped onion.
  5. Add boiled safed vatana and cover for 2 mins. Add sprouted matki and mix well. Cover for 7-8 mins.
  6. When done add salt by checking taste. Add remaining coriander and lemon juice. And stirr.
