  1. Boil mbuzi
  2. After its done fry it with all ingredients apart from pilau whole until brown
  3. Warm the whole pilau mix for 5mins then crush them until fine
  4. Pour/sieve them in the measured water to boil for the desired rice..then put rice and cook in a low heat
