The ingredients needed to make Dry mbuzi fry:
  1. Get 1 kg meat(mbuzi)
  2. Make ready 4 cloves garlic
  3. Prepare 1 large red onion
  4. Prepare 3 red tomatoes
  5. Make ready Dhania
  6. Get Salt
  7. Get 1/2 litre cold water

Served with vegetables & a choice of ugali, chips, chapati, roast potatoes, mukimo, rice or Lyonnaise potatoes. Add the mbuzi and cook until they are soft and well browned. But all in all the zip lining experience was totally worth it and some of us who don't know how to do archery tried it for the first time and we did not kill anyone yeeey me!! Mbuzi are a rather common race, mostly found in dry, heated areas.

Instructions to make Dry mbuzi fry:
  1. Wash your meat, tomatoes, dhania, peel and wash your garlic cloves and the red onion
  2. Add the 1/2 litre of cold water to a sufuria together with the already washed meat, cover and boil under medium heat until all the water dries up (takes 25-30 min)
  3. Finely chop your tomatoes, dhania and the red onion placing each on a separate bowl
  4. Crush the garlic cloves
  5. Once all the water has dried up, add in the chopped red onion and the tomatoes and fry as u stir for five minutes till the tomatoes r properly cooked
  6. Add in the crushed garlic and salt(as per your preferred taste) and fry for two minutes
  7. Finally add in the finely chopped dhania, fry for a minute and switch off the heat(ensures the dhania retains its colour n it's not overcooked)
  8. Serve
