  5. Dice carrots and boil 2 minutes on high.
  6. Dice Scallions. (Set aside)
  7. Heat 2TBS oil in Wok/Pan. -I like to heat the wok 1st then add the oil.
  8. Add marinated meat and stir-fry 3-4 minutes until brown.
  9. Remove cooked meat. (Set aside)
  10. Clean pan heat 2 TBS oil.
  11. Add minced garlic & diced scallions stir-fry 30 seconds.
  12. Add rice, stir-fry 3 minutes.
  13. Make hole in center of wok crack egg in center. (Scrambling in middle)
  14. Mix rice in egg adding meat, carrots and peas.
  15. Top with soy sauce.
