  2. Make ready 1/4 cup Fresh Green Peas
  3. Get 1 medium sized Onion, chopped
  4. Prepare 3 clove Garlic, crushed
  5. Make ready 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
  6. Prepare 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  7. Make ready 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  8. Prepare 1 cup Pork Broth
  9. Take 10 pcs Shrimp
  10. Prepare 1/2 kg Pork Tenderloin, cubed
  11. Take Steamed Fried Rice
  12. Take 2 cup Steamed Rice
  13. Make ready 1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  14. Get 1 tbsp olive oil

Steps to make Pork Steamed Fried Rice:
  1. Pour oil in a hot pan and saute onions and garlic for about 1 - 2 minutes.
  2. Add pork and mix until pork's fat starts to ooze out. Add shrimp and stir for 3-4 minutes then add soy sauce.
  3. Adjust heat to medium then add a cup of broth and let mixture boil for 5 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Dissolve cornstarch in a half cup of cold water, add to the pan, just enough to thicken the sauce. Stir continuously then pour fresh green peas.
  5. Let it boil for another 5 minutes then set aside.
  6. In another pan, pour 1 tbsp olive oil then add steamed rice.
  7. Add hoisin sauce, mixing thoroughly with rice.
  8. In a bowl, place fried rice and top with the topping sauce.
